As you've probably read on my chat box on the right, someone said that I have a new blog site.

I didn't want to tell anyone yet, 'til I'm in Dubai with something meaningful, or at least sensible, to blog about.

Even though I'm moving to a new home, I'm still keep this site because it has been my awesome journal for the past 5 months. And we just love this site, don't we? ;)

So it's time to turn over a new leaf and start anew!

Sandy , thank you so much for the warning.

Apparently, my site contracted a virus from another blog that I usually visit.

So sorry to those who've been affected by this thing on my blogger.

I was really not aware that I even had that virus/whatever since I am a mac user and my laptop don't get affected by such.

Because I am far from being a computer Einstein, I asked a PC/windows genius friend how to solve this problem.

If you are a windows user, scan your computer using your antivirus software after visiting this site, just to check if you've gotten the bug or not then just turn on your windows firewall.

But if you are a mac user, obviously, you don't need to worry.

That's all he told me. But if you have better suggestions, feel free to send me a message.

3-4 hours later...

I wasn't expecting a painful collection of blood with a huge syringe, but that's what they did.

Compared to the usual preg tests, this didn't require a urine sample.

11 am

IPAMS Malate

Pre-departure orientation seminar

It lasted for an hour or so and Ms. R told me that the limit for one luggage is 32 kg and 18 kg for the other. Bummer.

2:30 pm

SM Cubao

It was such a hassle because I had to rush to SM Cubao right after to get a bigger suitcase in order to comply with the weight allowance.

I had to repack everything again on the day of my departure!

Yes I am in Dubai right now and it's a cold Friday morning.

Finally! It's my first 2-day weekend to rest and do whatever.

Oh how I've missed everyone here! Believe me, if I could blog every single day, I would.

Even though I woke up with a splitting headache, I forced myself to go to IPAMS at 9 am for the briefing (which didn't happen for some reason). It's a long story and I am not in the best mood to talk about it.

I know I've been gone that long and I do apologize for the lack of updates.

Been a very busy bee the past few days; always in a rush and running around to get things done, that I feel so exhausted already.

Despite having a noticeable bulgy left cheek, I still went to St. Clare to offer my prayers.

Made a quick stop at SM right after, to get a few things.

Since Sunday was the last day for my antibiotics, the doctor told me that I could have my vaccinations already.

Drove all the way to Srgt. Rivera, QC to have them done at 9 am. You've no idea how difficult it was for me 'cos I am not (and was never and most probably will never be) a morning person.

I had 4 shots that day--one on each arm and thigh.

And how I hated the experience!

It was painful as hell and I sure squealed crazy as a baby.haha

Three days later and it still seriously feels sore. It's like PACMAN gave me the 3+1 punch combo!

Then the boyfriend and I headed to Trinoma for my friend's birthday celebration...

And I also bought some stuff for myself.

Went to Tiendesitas after to look for the perfect laptop bag, but had no luck.

Searched every inch of Greenhills for a laptop bag and other things and I also bought Christmas presents for my family. Felt like I was on death march 'cos I walked around for 6 hours straight!

I am very much a sucker for anything with animal prints!

And how cute is this mouse? It comes with a pouch!

9am. IPAMS Malate.

Filled-out some forms and payed the Phil Health fee.

Ms. R told me to go back on Saturday at 8am for the final briefing and to SM Lazo on Monday or Tuesday for the pre-departure preg test.

When I got home, I asked my mom to go with me to have this notarized by a lawyer:

Went to the dentist at 6pm to have the sutures removed.

I also finished photocopying all the required documents and my photos are complete.

Finished my despedida planning, but did not finish this:

That was taken last night before I dozed off.

That's also the 3rd time I've been removing and putting back things in my luggage.

I have an appointment with the doctor at 5pm for 5 more vaccine shots.

So that makes it 9.

The 10th one is the yellow fever, which I will be taking in Dubai due to the lack of time.

I'M REALLY FREAKIN' TIRED.
